A 50-Year-Old Trusted Heating Contractor Comes to the Eastside
Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC is the new branch of Evergreen State Sheet Metal, Inc.
This is the first blog of a new heating company to the Eastside that is part of a highly respected heating company for the last half century based in Snohomish County.
Evergreen Eastside Heat & AC is the new branch of Evergreen State Sheet Metal, Inc. with an office and shop located on 130th Avenue between Northup and Bel-Red in the new Bellevue Spring District corridor.
Evergreen State Sheet Metal, Inc. was founded 1968 in Everett, WA as a residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning contractor. Its present owners, who purchased the company 20 years ago in 1998, are Russ & Pam Kimball who have lived in the Pike’s Peak-Bridle Trails neighborhood of Bellevue for the last 10 years. Russ also brings his certification as a LEED Accredited Professional (AP) in Existing Buildings Operations & Maintenance.
Lots Of Experience In Heating & Cooling
Joining Russ and Pam are Kaylin and Kiel Hutchinson, and Cliff Anderson who all have been employed at the main branch, Evergreen State Heat & AC (their website is www.essmwa.com). Collectively they bring a lot of experience in both the office and the field. The three main social media review sites (Facebook, Yelp and Google+) each have average ratings in the 4.8-4.9 out of 5.0. Ingrained in our culture is customer satisfaction, and we have a 50-year track record to prove it.
We will repair and maintain all brands of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment. However, our main product lines will be Trane and Mitsubishi Ductless, as we find these two product lines to be of highest quality to match the level of service we provide.
You will see monthly blogs from us discussing the state of the industry both locally and nationally. We look forward to meeting your HVAC needs.
